At MI, my role is to create new value and new forms of competitive advantage through the integration of customer insights, experience design and business strategy.
I studied digital design at OCAD University in Toronto, working at the intersection of gameplay, brain fitness, and affective wellness. As a designer, my work bridges the gap between computational diagnostics, psychology and User Experience (UX) design.
To MI, I bring a global experience of understanding people, established through written and documentary journalism undertaken in more than twelve countries on three continents.
In addition to helping MI succeed commercially, I am dedicated to making a difference in the world, particularly with respect to patient care.
